If for some reason you would like to enquire about replacement, return or refund, please don’t hesitate to send us a message or email

  • Return shipping costs are unfortunately not covered
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns and refunds for change of mind, as our products are made to order
  • Products must include all original contents of your package (including lids, tags, etc.)
  • We will ask you to supply photographs of any claims (damage, etc.) before issuing a replacement product
  • In the event of a refund, you will receive funds via your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
