How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We make your candles to order, especially for you! Please see shipping information for all order times.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

My order arrived and is damaged…

  • Unfortunately sometimes accidents happen! Please take photos and shoot us an email  info@blackwolfcandles.com.au and we will sort it out!

I’m having trouble with my candle…

Glass candle adhesion & label damage…

  • It gets hot in Australia! Occassionally during transit if your order is left in the heat, the wax may not adhere to the jar or labels may become damaged. Don’t worry! It will still burn the same! Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns please email
